The CJC-1295 (no DAC) / Ipamorelin blend is one of the most widely used growth hormone secretagogue combinations in the research community. It pairs a GHRH analogue (CJC-1295) with a selective ghrelin receptor agonist (ipamorelin) ā stimulating growth hormone release through two distinct receptor pathways simultaneously for a more robust, physiologic GH secretion profile than either compound alone.
CJC-1295 amplifies the production signal from the hypothalamus. Ipamorelin triggers the release from the pituitary. The result is coordinated, pulsatile GH elevation that more closely mimics natural secretion patterns.
CJC-1295 (no DAC) ā GHRH Analogue
Modified GRF 1-29. Binds to GHRH receptors on the pituitary, amplifying the natural signal to produce growth hormone. The "no DAC" version produces discrete GH pulses with a ~30-minute half-life, better suited for pulsatile research protocols than the longer-acting DAC version.
Ipamorelin ā Ghrelin Receptor Agonist

Reconstitution
