1. About these terms

This website is operated by Tidal Peptides ("we", "us", "our"), based in Engadine NSW 2233, Australia. These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website and to every order you place with us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy from us.

2. Research use only

All products sold by Tidal Peptides are supplied strictly for laboratory and research purposes. They are not medicines, foods, supplements or cosmetics, and they are not intended for human or animal consumption, injection, or any diagnostic or therapeutic use.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• you are purchasing for lawful laboratory or research purposes only;
• you will handle, store and dispose of products safely and in line with all laws that apply to you; and
• you will not resell, relabel or supply our products to anyone for human or animal use.

We may refuse or cancel any order if we reasonably believe these conditions are not being met.

3. Product information

We take care to describe our products accurately. Product descriptions, articles, guides and other content on this site are general information for research purposes only. They are not medical advice and must not be relied on as instructions for personal use. Images are for illustration and packaging may vary.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices and availability can change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it has been confirmed. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept the order, which happens when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, stock not being available, or a breach of these terms. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

6. Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only, using Australia Post with tracking. Dispatch times, delivery estimates and shipping costs are set out on our Shipping Information page. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please make sure your delivery address is correct, as we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an address you supplied incorrectly. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns and refunds

Because our products are temperature sensitive and supplied for research, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, and we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed products.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will work with you to replace the product or refund you.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the consumer guarantees.

8. Promotions and offers

Promotions run for the period shown on the site and end at the time stated. Free items included with an offer are subject to availability and may be substituted with an item of equal or greater value. Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined unless we say so.

9. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Please tell us straight away if you think your account has been used without your permission.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images and video, belongs to Tidal Peptides or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or misuse of our products, from failure to follow these terms, or from any use of our products other than lawful laboratory research.

Where our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to replacing the products, supplying equivalent products, or refunding the price you paid.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Tidal Peptides against any claim, loss or cost arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of our products.

13. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
